Diane joined the Pot-Nets Homes Sales Team November 2015 and was promoted to Sales Manager position October 2016. Diane has owned her own decorating company which included flipping homes, renovation, painting, and staging. While in PA she sold residential preowned and new homes, leased homes, land and commercial properties. Diane is thrilled to be part of the Pot-Nets Homes Sales Team and looks forward to helping the sales staff find new and innovative ways to promote our beautiful Pot-Nets Communities. Diane feels Long Neck has so much to offer and is an amazing place to live and work. 

A "Top 200 in America" Salon owner and makeup artist for 25 years from Media, PA.  She taught classes all over the United States, and did makeup in New York for Fashion Week and global photo shoots in Europe. When she bought a place in Pot-Nets Seaside as a summer home she was hooked and knew that THIS place surpassed all the other places she has traveled, this was the place she wanted to settle into as a full-time resident.

Now a part of our sales team, Rachel lives the Pot-Nets lifestyle and wants to share that magic of beach life that she knows Pot-Nets provides with her clients. She will go above and beyond to serve you and treat you like you are family - all with a genuine smile!

Gordon was born and raised in Folsom, in Ridley Township, PA, and attended Widener University. With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Gordon enjoys assisting in making peoples dreams come true. From an early age, Gordon enjoyed the Delaware Beaches with his friends and family, he decided to become a resident of Pot-Nets in 2019. As a resident of Pot-Nets, he has the first-hand knowledge of the communities and all the services and amenities Pot-Nets has to offer. He always listens to the customer’s needs and wants and directs them in the right direction to obtain their dream home at the beach.

Ashley joined the Pot- Nets Sales team as the settlement coordinator in summer of 2022 bringing over 10 years of financial, lending, and settlement expertise to the team. Ashley was born and raised in the Delmarva area and enjoys the Delaware Beach environment!  Ashley is excited to be a part of the Pot-Nets Homes Sales Team and enjoys helping people transition into the next phase of their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys family time with her 5 children, and spending time with her nieces and nephews!

Ashley feels that Pot-Nets has much to offer and is the perfect place to call home.
