Delaware, affectionately known as ‘The First State’ is now the first in tax-friendliness! The latest analysis of state tax rules by Kiplinger determined that Delaware’s taxes are again the lowest in the country, dubbing it the ‘Most Tax-Friendly’ state in to live in.
