Our marinas are open from April 1st through December 31st of each year.  Boat slips are available on a first-come first-served basis, with preference given to residents of Pot-Nets, residents of Baywood, and returning slip holders.  Our residents enjoy preferential locations, and substantial price discounts.

Frequently Asked Questions

The average boat slip is 24 feet long and 12.5 feet wide.  In some locations, boat slips are for smaller vessels with piers 16 to 18 feet long.  You should inspect your boat slip or dock before renting it to make sure your boat will fit.

The average water depth at the center of a boat slip is 4-feet.  The water is often shallower near the bulkhead.  Be aware of the tides.

There is a parking space directly in front of most boat slips.  Parking spaces are not specifically reserved for individual slip holders.  Parking spaces are first-come first-served each day.  Please be courteous to your neighboring slip holders.

Yes.  110v electric outlets may be available for your use.  Where available, these outlets are shared by all nearby slip holders, and are not assigned to individual slip holders.  Certain Private Boat Docks do have individually metered electric service. 

Yes.  Fresh water spigots may be available for your use.  Where available, these spigots are shared by all nearby slip holders, and are not assigned to individual slip holders.  Certain Private Boat Docks do have individually metered water service.

Yes.  Slip holders may use the boat ramps, but must display a valid Pot-Nets vehicle sticker on the vehicle which is towing the trailer.

Yes.  At Bayside, you may use the restrooms at the Paradise Grill restaurant.  At Seaside, you may use the restrooms at the Seaside Grill restaurant.

Yes.  At Bayside, there are gas docks at the Paradise Grill restaurant.  At Seaside, there is both gas and diesel fuel available at the Seaside Grill restaurant.

Yes.  At Bayside, there is a Bait & Tackle store at the Paradise Grill restaurant.  At Seaside, there is a Bait & Tackle store at the Seaside Grill restaurant.

No.  All of the Pot-Nets marinas are “carry-in carry-out” facilities.  Please take your waste home with you.
