Diane Lafferty, Sales Manager joined the Pot-Nets Sales Team in November 2015 and was promoted to Sales Manager position October 2016. Diane has owned her own decorating company which included flipping homes, renovation, painting, and staging. While in PA she sold residential preowned and new homes, leased homes, sold land and commercial properties.  Diane is thrilled to be part of the Pot-Nets Sales Team and looks forward to helping the sales staff find new and innovative ways to promote our beautiful Pot-Nets Communities.  Diane feels Long Neck has so much to offer and is an amazing place to live and work.
 
Mary Zettlemoyer, New Homes Sales Agent, is originally from Pennsylvania, and spent her summers as a child with her grandparents in the Long Neck area. Those days of clamming, fishing, and crabbing in the local bays have been some of her most cherished memories. Mary has lived in many different states but ultimately returned to the Long Neck area in Sussex County. Mary’s varied career path has included purchasing, marketing, and sales.  Her multifaceted experiences have culminated in her current role as a New Home Sales Agent at Pot-Nets Homes.  Mary is a caring, attentive, professional who goes the extra mile to assist customers with finding their perfect home. Mary’s casual approach, honesty, and genuine concern for each of her customers has made her a vital member of the Pot-Nets Team. One of her greatest joys is traveling through the Pot-Nets neighborhoods and being greeted by the many friends she has made in the Pot-Nets communities.

Pam Savage, Sales Agent, is a Sussex County native, and can trace her roots on the Eastern Shore back to the 1700’s.  Having spent her summers on a houseboat on the Indian River Bay, Pam has a unique perspective of our coastal region.  (She also knows some good fishing spots!) Pam began her career with Pot-Nets in the Main Office, learning all aspects of service and management of the communities.  In 2004 she transitioned to sales and has been thrilled to be a part of the Pot-Nets Sales Team ever since.  Exceptionally loyal clients, personal referrals and repeat business have formed the foundation of Pam’s career and she has sold over 225 homes in Pot-Nets.  A focused listener and able advisor, Pam is known for her patience, intuition and professionalism.  With encouragement and genuine concern, she creates a positive buying experience for both the buyer and seller.  Her business approach is direct and forthright with a splash of humor.  She listens to her clients’ needs and matches them to the right property, ensuring an honest, efficient transaction in a timely manner.
 

Tina Carlton, Sales Agent, grew up in Delaware surrounded by generations of builders, developers, master carpenters and Realtors, where she witnessed first-hand the best of the best with an emphasis on quality and customer service. Spending several years as a legal assistant for many of Delaware’s premier Real Estate Attorneys, Tina made sure that every transaction was executed professionally and efficiently. Later working as a marketing and sales manager for the regions most awarded developers, Tina was instrumental from the initial concept and design of a community through the delivery of the keys – and even long after!  It is no surprise that she has maintained relationships with her homeowners for decades. After a lifetime of vacations at the Delaware beaches, Tina and her husband recently made the area their permanent home.  They are actively involved with several branches of the military as it is the chosen path of three of their five children and in their spare time you can find them with their grandkids enjoying the water, attending West Point Army football games or dining at their family’s restaurants.
 
Karen Carlucci Wahner, Sales Agent, joined Pot-Nets Homes in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of real estate knowledge and a "can-do" attitude. Karen clearly loves working with people, working as a Political Consultant, Life Coach, and serving as a Councilwoman for two terms before relocating to Long Neck to join the Pot-Nets team.  In June of 2019, Karen released her self-help book titled "Reclaiming Your Moxie: A Guide to Healing Your Sassy Self", aimed to help readers 'reclaim their moxie' in a fun and exciting way. 
 
 
Michael Byrne, Settlement Coordinator, joined the Pot-Nets Sales Team in the Spring of 2019, ready to help new residents fullfill their dream of home ownership at the beach. Michael retired from Wilmington Trust Company after a successfull career spanning over 40 years in personal and corporate trust services. Throughout his career, he has accumulated several advanced certifications from the American Institute of Banking. In his free time, Michael enjoys helping others. He has assisted with Camp Discovery, a summer camp focused on helping abused and neglected young teens, and currently volunteers on the United Way of Delaware board of directors. Michael's courteous and professional attitude creates a positive home buying experience for new residents of Pot-Nets and Baywood.
